Where are your orders shipped from?
Most orders are shipped from the United States, with a few exceptions. We do have warehouses for some products in Europe and Mexico. but if you live in the US then your order will be shipped from the United States. If you are from Europe then we’ll most likely shop your order from one of our warehouses in Europe when that’s possible. Do you ship outside of the US?

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Once your order is received, it typically takes us a couple days to verify your payment, and process your order. Once your order is shipped, you should receive it within a few days. Please note that when we refer to “days” these are your typical business days, excluding major holidays. 97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days but please check out our shipping page to get all the specific details.
How can I check the status of my order?

Are you having shipping delays due to Covid-19?
Be prepared for delays. Not big ones, but they are going to happen. Simply put, our fulfillment times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers.
